Turkon is one of the fastest carriers connecting the Black Sea to the United States, with a weekly service through the Port of Constanța to New York, Savannah and Norfolk that keeps transit times competitive on the trade. Acting as their agency, our team handles the full commercial and operational cycle locally — from booking and documentation to vessel coordination and after-sales support — so customers deal with a responsive team in their own time zone rather than a distant head office.

Alongside container line representation, we are the appointed agent in Romania for four NVOCC ISO tank operators — two of them among the leading global operators in the sector, the other two strong regional specialists. For bulk-liquid and chemical shippers, that means direct local access to dedicated tank-container capacity, with the documentation, safety and DG expertise the trade demands.

Acting as NVOCC, we hold direct contracts with terminals in the Romanian ports, which lets us work at the operational core rather than at arm's length. We prepare and manage the full documentation cycle a call demands — load lists and discharge lists, manifests, bay plans and container status — coordinating directly with the terminal, the line and the customer so every box is booked, loaded, discharged and accounted for correctly. That direct terminal relationship is what turns an agency appointment into a service the principal can rely on call after call.

NVOCC として、当社はルーマニア各港のターミナルと直接契約を結んでおり、距離を置いた立場ではなく実務の中核で仕事ができます。寄港に必要な書類サイクル一式 — 積付リスト、揚荷リスト、マニフェスト、ベイプラン、コンテナステータス — を作成・管理し、ターミナル・船社・お客様と直接やり取りすることで、すべてのコンテナが正しくブッキングされ、積み込まれ、揚げられ、記録されるようにします。このターミナルとの直接的な関係こそが、代理店の指名を、船社が寄港のたびに頼れるサービスへと変えるものです。
