Stevedoring

DTS organises and supervises stevedoring operations in the Port of Constanța and neighbouring terminals, covering the full handling of cargo between ship and shore. We coordinate loading and discharge for containers, breakbulk, bulk and project pieces, arrange the right equipment and gangs for each cargo type, and oversee lashing, securing and dunnage to class and IMO standards. Our operations and agency teams work as one, so cargo handling, tally, documentation and vessel formalities move together and the ship sails on schedule. For heavy and out-of-gauge pieces we plan each lift in advance, matching cranes and rigging to the cargo.
